I founded All Data Matters. because I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant clinical research hindered by data chaos, powerful AI tools failing because they didn't fit clinical workflows, and healthcare organisations struggling to make sense of their vast data landscape, looking for optimisation potential for their routines.

I've sat in all three chairs: as an MRI researcher analysing neuroimaging data, as a hospital collaborator helping clinicians make sense of their data, and as a Senior Data Scientist building production-ready AI systems that process millions of records daily. I understand what healthcare needs, what's technically possible, and what will actually get adopted.
